Stopped working after three weeks wrote company and have had no response
Great products! I have 4 Phoenix series heaters. They run all winter long. They supplement my wood burner. They are still going strong after 6 years! The filters were getting ripped on a few so i replaced them. Shipping was fast! The only problem i have had after all these years is the light up screens are starting to go out on a few of the heaters. But i use all wifi so thats not a big problem. GREAT PRODUCTS!
All was good except communication.
Heater seems well built. I really like it other than when you loose power and power comes back on it has to be manually turned back on.
Terrible customer service. I’ve been trying to returning this product for a month and no one will send me a return label. They send me to the warranty department but no one will respond to my emails. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT

I have been reselling these heaters for last 4-5 years well built and good support from the company
The heater works as intended. The poor review is for the instructions, app, and setup. The reason I purchased this heater is to be able to control the heater remotely and set a schedule for my elderly mother. To control the unit remotely you have to download a very cumbersome total home AI app that wants to do everything but control a simple heater. The included instructions do not cover the app nor how to set it up. It has been a very frustrating experience. The heater does work as intended and heats a 130 sqft very well.
I do realize this is a refurbished item. But it was supposed to have been "inspected to ensure they are in working order and are practically brand new." This unit was full of, and covered with drywall dust. It was obviously used during a construction job and was not looked at on return.

I was satisfied with the quality and ease of installation. This compact garage heater has the features I was looking for including the remote external thermostat and WIFI integration to a phone smart app. The app allows remote control and setting up schedules which was key for me.
I installed this heater in my 14x16 Cabin and it kept it between 68-70 all winter. Love being able to control via WiFi. It is very quiet so my Cabin time was comfortable.
Extremely grateful that replacement feet were available for purchase! We accidentally snapped one off. Cost was not bad for (4) replacement feet. And shipping was very quick.
Different bushing then OE, but works and makes heat.
Mounted in my wife's office. She likes it, keeps her area warm. The space is approximately 100 sqft.
I ordered 2 replacement IR tubes, they were cheaper than anything on Amazon, and they came in less than a week..
I have one in and running and another for a spare… awesome…
