The heater works as intended. The poor review is for the instructions, app, and setup. The reason I purchased this heater is to be able to control the heater remotely and set a schedule for my elderly mother. To control the unit remotely you have to download a very cumbersome total home AI app that wants to do everything but control a simple heater. The included instructions do not cover the app nor how to set it up. It has been a very frustrating experience. The heater does work as intended and heats a 130 sqft very well.
I do realize this is a refurbished item. But it was supposed to have been "inspected to ensure they are in working order and are practically brand new." This unit was full of, and covered with drywall dust. It was obviously used during a construction job and was not looked at on return.

I was satisfied with the quality and ease of installation. This compact garage heater has the features I was looking for including the remote external thermostat and WIFI integration to a phone smart app. The app allows remote control and setting up schedules which was key for me.
I installed this heater in my 14x16 Cabin and it kept it between 68-70 all winter. Love being able to control via WiFi. It is very quiet so my Cabin time was comfortable.
Extremely grateful that replacement feet were available for purchase! We accidentally snapped one off. Cost was not bad for (4) replacement feet. And shipping was very quick.
Different bushing then OE, but works and makes heat.
Mounted in my wife's office. She likes it, keeps her area warm. The space is approximately 100 sqft.
I ordered 2 replacement IR tubes, they were cheaper than anything on Amazon, and they came in less than a week..
I have one in and running and another for a spare… awesome…

Haven't really used it yet other than testing that it works. Item did not match my old element so I had to do some fabrication on the metal housing. Not much info on this non refundable item, but I took a chance because it's specs matched up.
Easy to mount, easy to use, like app connection, still waiting to see my electric billingand will know better then.

Maybe what I love most about this heater is how quiet it is! A friend recently bought 2 space heaters of different brands and they both are very noisy!
