Milwaukee Cheese venue promotes the use of infrared heaters

In Milwaukee, Wisconsin, owners of a cheese-oriented restaurant have added enhancements, including a patio seating, to their new business in order to give customers more satisfaction. For such an expansive operation, every potential sale is imperative. In order to keep dine-in customers coming throughout the off-season, restaurant managers will need the targeted warmth of infrared heaters.

According to OnMilwaukee.com, Mark Lutz and his wife Linda were concerned about a cheese shop that they enjoyed about 10 years ago. The establishment, formerly known as the West Allis Cheese & Sausage Shoppe was closed. Although they had no food service experience, the couple decided to buy the shop and managed to make it successful. By opening a new shop on the East Side, Mark and his wife have ensured profits. This location allows them to serve items like sandwiches and frozen custard. Aside from making new additions like outdoor dining, the owners have also created an online distribution network.

At a cost of less than 14 cents per hour, infrared heaters cost less than alternative sources. Propane heaters, for example, typically cost at least three dollars per hour to operate.
