In Saratoga Springs, New York, a bistro known as Maestro’s is moving to another building to accommodate more customers in a larger space. The new facility will include several amenities, such as outdoor dining. In order to maintain a high volume of patrons on a year-round basis, restaurant owners will need the targeted warmth of infrared heaters. According to The Times Union, the former Maestro’s facility was a crammed space that had no bar or entryway. Even though the food made the establishment popular among the locals, only about 25 people could be seated at once. At 4,200 square feet, the new space improves all of those shortcomings, plus more. Additions include a bar and lounge, a private dining room and a luxurious terrace that will attract customers who want a taste of the outdoors. At a cost of less than 14 cents per hour, the energy efficiency of infrared heaters is superior to that of other sources. Propane heaters, for example, cost as much as three dollars per hour to operate. |
