Outdoor dining in Peoria encourages the use of infrared heaters

In East Peoria, Illinois, a new Bass Pro Shops is preparing to open in the next four months, but the store contains advanced features that will amuse and attract customers of all ages. A lavish restaurant will be added, which includes outdoor patio space for fine dining. In order to keep the dining area open as far into the winter season as possible, store managers will need the targeted warmth of infrared heaters.

According to the Journal Star, the massive main lobby of the store will be exquisitely adorned with a wide array of murals, wildlife carvings and an elegant chandelier. There will also be a 30,000-gallon freshwater aquarium at the back of the store with dozens of native fish species. Another aquarium will be available inside of Uncle Buck’s Fish Bowl and Grill, a family dining venue that seats up to 90 guests. The restaurant’s patio will offer scenic views of the Illinois River and Murray Baker Bridge.

Infrared heaters are ideal for patios in cold weather because they offer directional warmth that will not be dispersed by the wind. At a cost of less than 14 cents per hour, Heat Storm devices are superior to alternative sources like propane heaters.
