In Breckenridge, Colorado, chef and restaurant owner Matt Fackler will be opening a new establishment this summer that will feature patio seating. Fackler already has a growing reputation because of the success of a restaurant that was opened in 2006. In order to keep his new business open throughout the colder months of fall and spring, Fackler will need the energy efficiency of infrared heaters. According to Summit County Citizens Voice, the chef and his wife have received a lot of noteriety for their venue in downtown, known as Relish, which has been mentioned in travel magazines and newspapers throughout the world. Originally from New York, Matt Fackler comes up with some very unique items to toss on the grill, including barbecue grilled red trout, coconut jasmine rice and blackberry ponzu. Blending recipes from culinary school with regional flavors, Matt will make this new restaurant a casual but quality environment. Customers can comfortably sit on the patio at all hours of the night with the targeted warmth of infrared heaters. Costing less than 14 cents per hour, Heat Storm devices are superior to alternative sources like propane heaters. |
