Although it might not seem like a typical location for barbecue enthusiasts, the town of Presto in western Pennsylvania contains a family business that is hoping to defy that logic. Two Brothers Bar-B-Q is an outdoor stand that serves smoked meats and other tasty dishes to local customers, and it’s gaining a lot of popularity throughout the region. In order to keep customers coming through the off-season, the owners will need the targeted warmth of infrared heaters. According to the Chartiers Valley Patch, J.P. Mackovich and his brother have planted their stand across the street from the Presto Volunteer Fire Department. The brothers started by attending various rib cook-offs or county fairs and sampling the sumptuous barbecued meats before using that inspiration to open their own venue, which has now expanded to a catering service. Infrared heaters would not only comfort the patrons, but they can also prevent employees from being exposed to cold conditions on a long workday. At a cost of less than 14 cents per hour, Heat Storm devices are energy efficient sources that are superior to propane heaters. |
