Heat Storm - Outdoor Infrared Heaters

Casino expansion highlights the desire for infrared heaters

In the Native American territory of Idaho, construction crews are working to expand the Coeur d’ Alene Casino with the purpose of scenic preservation. The whole idea of the project is to make guests feel as if they are still walking amidst the natural prairie land. Because snow can last through the month of May in the northern Rockies, workers will need infrared heaters to keep themselves warm and dry.

According to the Spokesman Review, the development will include more casino space for slot machines and bingo, as well as two new restaurants and a 15,000-square-foot spa. With tall windows that extend almost to the ceiling, the new walkway will offer captivating views of the surrounding landscape. In the restaurant, extensive glass doors will attract patrons to an outdoor patio and amphitheater, which will provide room for concerts and other live performances.

The targeted warmth of infrared heaters will keep both the workers and the future customers comfortable in cold weather. This method is superior to options like propane heaters, which cost at least three dollars per hour to maintain – whereas infrared heaters cost less than 14 cents per hour.
