Infrared Heaters offer guests superior comfort at a Colorado resort

In the northwestern region of Colorado, a construction crew is putting the finishing touches on the State Bridge Lodge – which is mainly a music venue. When the recreational area reopens in May, yurts, cabins and a multi-terrace amphitheater will be available to those who want to view the river and frolic on the sand dance floor. Along the frosty banks of the Colorado River, at an elevation of around 10,000 feet, the State Bridge Lodge is an area where the use of infrared heaters is imperative.

The old resort was destroyed by a fire in 2007, according to the Summit Voice, but the current owners have replaced the damaged hardwood floors. This location has traditionally hosted to several annual music events in the summer, such as the Campout for the Cause and the Realm Music Festival. The renovated site will offer camping and day-long river paddling sessions from nearby Rancho del Rio.

Those attending music festivals, even on chilly summer nights, will be more comfortable with infrared heaters – which are safer for the environment at a cost of less than 14 cents per hour. Besides, using propane heaters would force the facility managers to travel long distances through the rugged Rockies in order to replace the tanks.
