Scheduled to begin April 8th, The Shops at Riverwoods in Provo, Utah, is hosting a springtime music festival with the intention of attracting a new array of customers. This outdoor shopping center is located at the base of the Wasatch Mountains, experiencing unpredictable weather conditions throughout the year.
