Power plant construction fosters the need for infrared heaters
The advantages of nuclear power, particularly for the environment, seem to outweigh the dangers in most locations around the world. With greater precautions being taken, the construction of a new plant in upstate New York will bring about new jobs and more energy efficiency, the Times Union reports. Outdoor infrared heaters are essential to keeping plant workers warm in the rollercoaster weather of the northeast.
U.S. representative Chris Gibson recently announced that he adamantly supports the construction of a new nuclear power plant, despite the recent catastrophe in Japan. “We’re not looking at building your father’s nuclear power plant,” Gibson stated. “I want this this done and I want it done safely.”
Not only are Heat Storm infrared devices save money for project supervisors, but they are also be a much safer alternative to propane heaters – particularly in the sensitive confines of a nuclear power facility.
Additionally, shop heaters often don’t reach a designated area (unless the target is close enough to the device to induce a fire hazard), whereas infrared heaters maximize the potential for smooth directional warmth.
